It has alleged that the delay in action is the cause for high doubling rate even as experts have suggested that the containment strategy and implementation of it left something to be desired in the capital. Satyendar Jain in his statement said that international flights landing to metropolitan cities of Delhi and Mumbai has caused the surge. The Delhi Government has created a massive controversy raging today after it announced its decision to reserve hospital beds for treatments in private and government hospitals.
