There are 30 testing centres in the city which are instructed to get complete details of anyone coming to get tested for Coronavirus along with their associates for the last 15 days. The decision could act as a counterproductive effect by discouraging people to come up and get tested even if they have any pandemic symptoms. Civic Body explains this move as a part of the containment strategy.
