0:55Now PlayingDelhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has denounced the new rule by the LG Anil Baijal that makes it mandatory for a COVID positive patient to come to the quarantine centre for a health check-up. Kejriwal said that the rule was a strict measure against the patients who are already sick and shouldn't be made to stand in a line. The order which has received mixed reviews from the public, as well as politicians, has been passed by the LG.
Recently Deputy CM Manish Sisodia also wrote to the LG asking him to remove the law as the hospitals are already swamped with numerous cases with Delhi being one of the worst affected in the country.
