Mumbai has recorded miserably low testing rates, which according to experts is one of the central reasons for the city’s crisis as asymptotic infected persons pose a grave threat.
The opposition has lashed out at the ruling party led by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray asking what direction is the state heading towards a healthcare disaster.
