It noted that BJP leader Nitin Gadkari had also said that Mumbai and Pune are overpopulated cities and will be crowed once again as migrants return. Saamna has lashed out at UP and Bihar Governments saying that they must take responsibility and create job opportunities for the workers in their native states. Saamna's statements have created a political stir in Maharashtra, as it slowly reopens its economy and continues to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
