3:28Now PlayingThe custodial death of father and son duo, Jayaraj and Bennicks have sparked national outrage, especially since the breakout of the CCTV footage disproving the claims being made by the Tamil Nadu police. The probe was shifted by the Tamil Nadu government from the local authorities to the CBI. The Madras High Court (Madurai Bench) yesterday on the basis of prima facie evidence ordered the registration of an FIR against the cops accused in the custodial killing. However, despite the orders, there has been no FIR registered so far. The father and son were arrested by the police on allegedly violating the lockdown guidelines imposed by the government.
