Today, BMC revived water logging complaints from 08 areas. The usual flood spots getting water logged again like Sion Gandhi Market, Dadar TT, Hindmata in Parel where due to heavy water logging, vehicular traffic movement was affected
Mirror now brings you a report from Hindmata junction, the usual flood spot area where due to water logging, one side of the road has been blocked. Traffic has been diverted towards the bridge. And the traffic can be seen till a km long. We are seeing a traffic cop controlling the situation.
We can also see BMC workers on the ground guiding people to walk from the safer side due to fear of the open manholes.
BMC says all the 273 de-watering pumps installed are operational and water will be pumped out at the earliest.
