The PM was accompanied by Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat and Army Chief General MM Naravane as he interacted with the security forces personnel. The PM is also scheduled to meet the brave men who were injured in the Galwan Clash as well as the military leadership of the region, including Lieutenant General Harinder Singh, XIV Corps Commander, who has held several high profile talks with China since the clash to de-escalate tension in the border region.
