Dr. David Nabarro WHO's Special Envoy on COVID 19 says "The spread is via droplets which do not travel more than about a meter or so. We need to think of the commonest modes of transmission, & our thinking is still that droplet spread is the commonest mode. It is really important that people practice all precautions together. Always wear a mask and maintain physical distance." He further adds "I'd like people not to think in terms of having a vaccine that is ready for everybody in less than 'two or two & a half years."
When Dr. Ram Vishwakarma from the Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine was asked Is Coronavirus Airborne? He said "I don't think there is anything alarmist about it. This gives more importance to wearing masks. People should simply be more responsible."
