It is said that the Moudaha area of Hamirpur is a neighbouring village near Kanpur and according to the police the encounter happened in the early morning. The images released by the police have significant detail. According to experts the house in the background of all the images is the same house that belongs to Vikas Dubey and was then demolished after Chief Minister Yogi's assertion.
