According to Uttar Pradesh police, the don tried to flee after the accident which raged an encounter and the police fired at him. Four policemen were also severely injured in the encounter.
‘Gangster Vikas Dubey has been killed in an encounter with the police today. Four police personnel have also been injured’ said one of the officials.
