2:14Now PlayingDisengagement at the India-China border is underway after weeks of heightened tension in the aftermath of the violent Galwan Valley clash. The PLA has moved back from Finger 4 and 5 at the border region, however, there are still areas where troops have not removed. India and China are expected to hold talks next week on the military level to discuss further steps on the de-escalation process. India's Lieutenant General Harinder Singh and China's Maj Gen Liu Lin are expected to begin these talks from Monday onwards at the Line of Actual Control (LAC). Reportedly, India expects China to move back till Finger 8, whereas the PLA has currently only moved back till Finger 5.
