4:50Now PlayingAfter a sudden spike in COVID-19 cases in Karnataka, the state is resorting to a lockdown for a week that is supposed to start from Tuesday evening. Since grocery stores are supposed to be shut, people are found flocking right outside grocery markets and stores in Bengaluru in order to stock up for essentials for a week. As per the government's rule, essentials are allowed to be open during the lockdown. A lot of people are found shopping fearing the rise of COVID cases in the city and the state. The lockdown is said to be imposed from July 14 to July 22. This weeklong lockdown is said to curb the cases in the city along which people are found panic buying. Listen in for more details.
