Two Division bench is likely to hear the validity of Rajasthan speaker's disqualification notice to Rebel MLAs in the last 24 hours. The series of the petition has been heard. The first one was filed by Sachin Pilot challenging Rajasthan speaker's notice to 18 rebel MLAs and also heard Congress' plea argued that the court cannot interfere unless the speaker's decision is final.
Mirror Now's Meenakshi reports, the constitutional validity and the power of the speaker to interpret the non-attendance of Sachin Pilot and group of 18 MLAs as perpetrated defiance and then issue the notice, then invoke powers under section 21A of 10th schedule.
