The patients are untraceable because they registered with wrong mobile numbers & address. They underwent testing at various government hospitals and centres located at various places after the rapid testing started in the state as per the instructions from Health Advisory.
The authorities are unable to trace them because the patients that have tested positive have provided the wrong information about them in the forms that they had filled before undergoing testing. The government started home isolation and quarantine for COVID-19 patients. The authorities have started new ways to trace COVID-19 patients.
