3:22Now PlayingMaharashtra: The government is trying to take steps the oxygen supply crisis in the State amid COVID. The COVID-19 patients are facing oxygen shortage. There are two main suppliers in the State. The government will add 216 trucks to supply oxygen to COVID patients. These trucks will be modified to supply oxygen.
Currently, Maharashtra has 162 trucks to supply oxygen to COVID centres. All district collectors will not get jumbo cylinders to store oxygen. Inox plants are located in Raigad and Pune. Mirror Now's Disha Shah says these steps will be taken on an immediate basis as the shortage is being seen. Reports had emerged from rural areas about this shortage. The issue was never about the supply but the logistics.
