Supreme Court Senior Advocate Sanjay Hegde says "Under the IT Act, you can take out specific content. You cannot regulate it, you can do regular policing. The affidavit, in this case, is being slightly economical with the truth when it's saying there is no regulation & SC must step in to regulate."
