These changes were brought in to counter the terrorism and it will help the agencies further. but in the last 2 years, 3,005 cases have been filed and only 821 charge sheets. Is Centre's data indicative that anti-terror law is being misused?
Delhi Former Commissioner of Police TR Kakkar says "When cases of this nature occur, first thing is to bring around peace & for that, you register these cases if you've proof. When you say 3,000 cases filed, it doesn't mean those cases have been closed."
