In a major lapse by the Delhi Police Special Cell names of witnesses in Delhi Riots Case have been mistakenly revealed. The names and addresses of the witnesses whose identities are mandated by the court to be protected. Witnesses' names in a document given to accused revealed names, addresses of the witnesses needing protection. False names like Beta, Gama and Jupiter are used in the chargesheet.
