2:00Now PlayingElection Commission has asked the Gaya DM to lodge an FIR against the BJP candidate Prem Kumar. The BJP minister was seen to be wearing a mask with the BJP symbol and PM Modi's image on it. The Election Commission has seen this as a violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
Prem Kumar was also seen wearing a sash of the BJP and when the leader came out, a row was sparked over the same. The minister reached the polling station to cast his vote wearing the mask. The FIR will be filed in a short while from now at the Kotwali police station in Gaya.
