DCGI approved two Coronavirus vaccines Serum Institute’s ‘Covishield’ and Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin’. Day after approval, multiple allegations were raised against the relevancy of Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin as the vaccine was still under Phase 3 trial.
However, today, the Bharat Biotech’s Director responded to the critics and even slammed those who are turning Coronavirus crises into politics. He stated that all vaccine data is available on public domain and that the slander against Indian science must be stopped. To which, the opposition parties hit back and slammed the nationalism of vaccine.
