Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan is visiting Chennai's Rajiv Gandhi hospital to take stock of the preparedness ahead of today's 2nd round of dry run of the Covid-19 vaccine.
In a press conference, Union Minister of Health Dr Harsh Vardhan said, 'We should be able to give these vaccines to our countrymen in the near future. Our healthcare professional will be given, followed by frontline staff.' While praising the government of Tamil Nadu for controlling the spread of cases of coronavirus in the state, he said, 'Today, I choose to be in Tamil Nadu, and I would like to record my appreciation of the Tamil Nadu Govt. We were worried about several states initially, including Tamil Nadu. But now it has succeeded in doing well'
