Mahipal Singh, was a hospital employee from Moradabad 24 hours after he had received the Covishield vaccine shot. Singh was reportedly complaining of chest congestion and breathlessness before he passed away, and family members say he was not feeling well even before he received the vaccination. They also stated that he had never tested positive for the coronavirus and according to the UP government, the post-mortem deemed “cardiogenic shock/septicaemic shock” due to “cardio-pulmonary disease” as the immediate cause of his death.
