Two more suspects involved in the crime have been given a reward of Rs 25,000 each by the police. Amrish Kumar Varma (48), a farmer, was shot by Gaurav and five others while working in the field in Nauzarpur village, Sasnigate Police Station, Hathras district, on Monday afternoon. So far, the police have arrested one of the identified defendants and released a suspect who had been held for questioning. After a video of the deceased's daughter wailing for justice went viral, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took serious notice of the farmer's murder.
