The man linked to the abandoned car was mysteriously found dead in Mumbai and as the investigation proceeded further, another ugly turn came on the way. A phone suspected of the bomb scare has linked to one of the criminals in the Tihar Jail.
How did terrorists have access to phones in a jail that houses the country's most dangerous criminals? For how long will it be normal to have jailed terrorists and criminals continue with criminal activities inside jails without any checks?
BJP’s Charu Pragya says that the ‘Delhi government gives Rs 450 crores to Tihar jail each year, which has every facility - from a metal detector to CCTV cameras - but do they check if these facilities are working? And if the jail needs reforms, why is the government not working on it?’
