Is to be heard by the Supreme court tomorrow. Delhi High court had granted bail to these three activists. Even Delhi court today ordered the immediate release of the student activists who had been in jail. The court dismissed the application by the Delhi police which had taken more time to carry out the verification of the activist's address. HC said that Delhi police seeking more time for verification can no be the plausible reason.
