The video of the incident has gone viral where MLA is seen throwing the amount at the cop. This incident happened during the curfew time and seven hours later, the cop named Neeraj Kathait ran into Roorkee MLA named Pradeep Batra. The cop Kathait issued him a challan, for not wearing masks properly and for defying curfew, and Batra, in anger, threw the challan at the amount at him and all captured in a video that was later shared widely.
