The police vehicles were vandalized and One police officer got injured during the protest. Cops fired tear gas shells to control protestors. A hearing was going on regarding the process of land acquisition in Bhusawada village of Tapi, Where the employees of the State Government, Hindustan Zinc Limited were having discussions with the local people. At the same time, some miscreants disturbed the hearing and also blocked the highway going to Maharashtra. These miscreants ransacked and attacked police vehicles, after which the police came into action.
