The victim said that she was told by Raj Kundra that she was shooting for just intimate scenes and her private parts won't be shown in the video. The victim agreed without any doubt and signed a contract. She got few thousand rupees for the shoot. After a few days, one of the victim's friends called and told her that her adult video is available on the Hotshot app. After seeing the video on the app, the victim realised that the entire video was uploaded without any cuts, edits, and her private parts were also shown in the video.
