Amidst getting fired on by the opposition in the parliament, the government has now been asked for a stand in the supreme court. This action comes as a response to Kapil Sibal’s earlier statement. According to senior attorney Kapil Sibal, who is representing the petitioners, Pegasus is a rogue technology that enters our life without our awareness and is an assault on the privacy, dignity, and ideals of the Indian Republic. Meanwhile, the government has urged the supreme court to avoid such a petition. Now the government’s stand can only be seen Tuesday, next week
