3:42Now PlayingIndian Air Force has now sacked one personnel for refusing to getting vaccinated. The row has now escalated and reached the Gujarat High Court wherein the plea is being heard. A show-cause notice was issued to 9 IAF staffers for not getting vaccinated. The Centre told the Gujarat High Court that even though getting vaccinated is not mandatory, it has now been made a service condition for Air Force Personnel. Additional Solicitor General of India has also responded in the Gujarat High Court that the petitioner can either decide to appear in front of the proper authority or the Armed Forces Tribunal. HC has directed 2 weeks of relief and asked the Air Force to decide on further action.
