10:59Now PlayingThe latest news from Calcutta High Court coming in, High Court has ordered all cases in the post-poll violence in West Bengal to be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in its judgment. However, now, The court also ordered to set up an SIT for investigation with senior officers from the West Bengal cadre as a part of the team. In this regard, Saugata Roy, TMC, says, he is happy with the verdict with the Calcutta High Court. For now, CBI and SIT are directed to submit a status report within 6 weeks. The court also referred all other cases cited by the NHRC committee to a Special Investigation Team (SIT) for the probe. Listen in!
