Not only this the CJI bench also said, judiciaries and agencies are also now over-burdened now therefore there is no reason for filing a charge sheet. Supreme court further said, " If High Court is satisfied, Can allow to withdrawal cases". The Supreme court also highlighted other issues like the long time taken in filing the charge sheet.
