1:57Now PlayingUtam Malik ,a shopkeeper and a resident of Ghaziabad has been arrested in connection with the communal slogans allegedly raised during a protest at the Jantar Mantar. Earlier Sushil Tiwari, a Hindu army leader from Lucknow, had already been investigated before being detained. The 40-year-old claimed he joined the demonstration after seeing a message from advocate and former BJP spokesman Ashwini Upadhyay on a Whatsapp group.The previous arrests were made following the filing of a FIR at the Connaught Place Police Station for aggressive sloganeering at the event.
