6:34Now PlayingGujarat's Bhavina Patel has made history by winning a silver medal in a Table Tennis match at the Para Games in Tokyo. This is the first time when India has brought a medal back home in Table tennis. Mirror now had a chat with the silver medalist Bhavina and asked about her journey and experience while playing the matches in Tokyo. She told that she was a bit nervous while playing her match for the gold and but she knew that where she had to hit to gain the points, however, unfortunately, she lost the final match but maintained to bring silver back to the nation. In Paralympics 2020 Tokyo, she knocked out the world's number 2 and Rio paralympic gold medalist Borislava Rankovic to reach the finals. TT player Bhavina is from the Mehsana district of Gujarat who plays her matches in a wheelchair and makes India proud every time she steps in the field.
