The highway was constructed by the state authority and was inaugurated three days ago by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In just three days of public use, the highway is now filled with cracks and potholes and there also have been reports of fishes swimming in the potholes. The newly constructed highway is worth Rs 220 Cr and the opposition is now questioning the Vikas Sham by the Nitish Kumar government.
