They also called for the liberation of other Islamic states like Palestine, the Levant, Somalia, and Yemen. Since, its takeover of Afghanistan on August 15, the Taliban has been increasing its terror on the inmates of Afghanistan. Several are still stranded there. India held official talks with the Taliban on Tuesday. The discussions focused on safety, security, and the early return of Indian nationals. The travel of Indian nationals especially minorities who wish to return to India also came up in the meeting.
