SC has given a deadline to the government to form the guidelines for the death certificates of those who lost their battle of life due to covid. The court slammed the centre for the delay in the formation of the guidelines and has asked to file a compliance affidavit on or before the date given by the court. SC has also asked the center to simplify the certificate issuance process and make it happen as soon as possible. SC shows the strictness and stated that the court has already extended the date earlier as well and procrastination shouldn't exist in this case.
