Around 51 deaths have been caused due to this deadly dengue and viral fever. Sources suggest that 11 districts are currently in the grip of this killer fever. The fever cases have increased by 25% over the past 10 days in Ballia and 5500 cases of fever in the past month in Etawah. At least 4 more villages have reported cases in Mathura as well. Reports state that children are most affected by this dengue outbreak. Just as the Covid scare had started to mellow down, Uttar Pradesh has reeled under the dengue crisis.
