Firozabad district, which has been one the worst affected districts, continues to see spike in fresh dengue cases.. as per the chief medical officer of district, at least 52 deaths have been recorded due to dengue.
In the colonies of Aanand Nagar located in the outskirts of Firozabad, almost every house has two to three kids suffering from vector borne disease.
The vector borne disease has now spread to at least 11 districts across the state. The situation remains grim as government hospitals are overwhelmed with patients thronging in large numbers.
