The court called the non-filling of vacancies at various tribunals a "very unfortunate state of events," and urged the Centre to inform it of the actions taken within ten days, speculating that "certain lobbyists have been working" in this respect. However, even after this warning, the government fails to fill the posts. The apex court in a statement says it tests its patience and the tribunals could be scraped if no prompt action is taken.
