After this took place another twenty-year-old aspirant died by suicide after her poor performance in the recently held NEET exam. This is the second incident of suicide that has taken place linked to the NEET exam. Two suicides, Salem, boy kills self before exam and Ariyalur girl kills self after the exam. Now, this has become a big concern. Out of 32 lives lost over the NEET exam over the last three years. 46% of those suicides took place in Tamil Nadu itself.
