Session Extensions Judge Vinod Yadav had questioned why five separate episodes of alleged rioting, theft, and burning that occurred on various dates in three distinct blocks C, D, and E of Delhi's Bhajanpura neighborhood were bundled into a single FIR and charge sheet.
