A principal and teacher, Deepak Chand, of a school were shot dead in a terror attack. This comes after a Chemist owner, Makhan Lal Bindroo, was also killed in Kashmir. These targeted killings are raising concern as 25 civilians have been gunned down in the year 2021. The people being attacked seem to be non-Kashmiris or Pandits or Sikhs, making it a possibility of targeted ‘hate’ killings on minorities.
