3:54Now PlayingA major relief for Indian travelers as the United Kingdom on Thursday announced that it will scrap its mandatory Covid-19 quarantine travel rules for 47 destinations, including India. The rules will come into force starting Monday. The other territories include Brazil, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, South Africa, and Turkey. In its statement, the government said, “Eligible fully vaccinated passengers and eligible under 18s returning from countries and territories, not on the red list, can do so with just a day 2 test.” The citizens will be treated the same as fully vaccinated UK citizens, only if they are not traveling from a red list country.
