The Narcotics Control Bureau filed a plea in the court seeking 14-days of judicial custody of Aryan Khan and 7 others who were arrested by the NCB in connection to the drug rave party in a cruise liner in Mumbai. The court observed that the NCB has not interrogated Aryan Khan in the last few days along with other accused and thus there is no need for 14-days of judicial custody. The interim bail plea of Aryan Khan will be heard today. The order from the court came late last night, and as a result of which, Aryan Khan and 7 other accused had to spend the night in NCB's office.
