Reportedly, the kin of the deceased has alleged negligence by the hospital authorities. When questioned, Patel, the Shiv Sena leader was seen shouting at the grieving family members of the infants. She lashed out asking the relatives "Did you ask us before taking your patients to this hospital. Then why should we take any responsibility?" Meanwhile, the Bhartiya Janata Party has slammed the ruling party in the BMC and asked the Shiv Sena Sarkar to take responsibility for this unfortunate event and the insensitive response by their part leader on the same.
