The top court took a very critical view of the issue and slammed the Supertech directors over non-payment to homebuyers for the flats which are being demolished in the twin tower project. The top court directed Supertech to ensure that their payments are made by January 17th and warned the directors, that if not done Supertech will have to bear the consequences.
