3:40Now PlayingAs per breaking inputs coming in on Mirror Now, the Kerala High Court allowed to re-examine 3 and summon 5 new witnesses in the ongoing trial on Actor Dileep. Actor Dileep is an accused on bail in the actress abduction and sexual assault case. Reportedly, the plea to this effect was filed by the state against the trial court’s order. The Court rejected it's request to re-examine witnesses in light of fresh statements made by film director Balachandra Kumar related to the case, early this month. The Kerala HC has also asked a special prosecutor to be appointed to the case within the next 10 days and submit the telephonic records accessed by the investigation team. This comes in as a major setback to actor Dileep.
