The Global Times, the mouthpiece of the Chinese government states that 'Indian politicians and Media often keep using the word kidnap as if (People’s Liberation Army) PLA is deliberately, illegally crossing the border to capture people. This is not only ridiculous but also a slur against China.' Earlier, a 17-year old boy was abducted from the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, allegedly by China. Reportedly, Tapir Gao, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP, on Wednesday informed the reporters that Miram Taron, the 17-year-old resident of Zido village in Arunachal Pradesh’s Upper Siang district had been “abducted” on Tuesday.
